Glen Watson has worked with many influential chefs in the industry, Alan Hill (Gleneagles), David Chambers (Rules Restaurant), Georg Heise (Landmark), Anton Edelmann (Savoy London) and the incredible Albert Roux.
Glen has headed the kitchens at St James Hotel, Hanbury Manor Hotel and Country Club and Savoy Hotel. He is a prize winner on many different categories on competitions throughout the world.
Since 2004 he has been Executive Head Chef at Chamberlains Restaurant in London and is delighted that it is close enough to allow him to escape to the comparative tranquility of Hertfordshire Polo Club where he creates inspiring dishes for our corporate sponsors and their guests. Glen knows the area well form his time as Executive Head Chef at Hanbury Manor in Ware.
